CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
- PAYMENT PROCESS
Users can access the online payment service to pay for the products or services contracted through this website. Once the payment is confirmed by our systems, the user will receive a confirmation of this to their email. Online payments can be made through our virtual POS, accepting VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS cards.
- CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations must be notified in writing by sending an email to admin@migralaw.org. It’s important to include all details related to the purchase, including full name, contract date, and contact information. Cancellations reported by alternative means will not be accepted.
- REFUND POLICY
a) In the case of withdrawal from the procedure before its official presentation, and having already made the corresponding payment, a refund of 50% of the amount paid will be made. This is due to administrative costs and fees generated when initiating any immigration process.
b) If your process allows 50% payments or if you have a payment plan, the non-compliance of these for a period of 10 to 20 working days will lead to the cancellation of the procedure, and consequently, you will not have the right to a refund.
c) In cases of rejection of the procedure due to reasons attributable to MIGRALAW, a refund of 100% of the amount paid will be made.
d) If the holder of the procedure decides not to continue with the process once submitted, or if the procedure is waived for reasons attributable to the client, such as non-compliance with documentation or if the procedure is in cause for annulment, no refund will be made.
e) Immigration rights paid will not be refundable by MIGRALAW. The refund should be managed directly with the corresponding authority. After filling out the corresponding forms for the return, it will be made effective within a period of 20 to 30 business days.
- RIGHT TO CANCEL
MIGRALAW reserves the right to postpone or cancel contracted services due to force majeure or reasons specified in the terms and conditions.
In exceptional cases, a 100% refund may be authorized in complex processes or by prior agreement with your advisor. These cases will only apply when authorized by our WhatsApp number or email.
