SERVICES AND PAYMENT POLICY
At MIGRALAW, we strive to offer services tailored to the needs of our clients, including "Virtual Service" and "On-site Service" options, in addition to processes that are carried out through digital platforms. Below, we detail our payment policies for each type of service:
Virtual Service:
- Payment: This service requires full payment in advance.
- Use of Payment: 100% of the initial payment is intended to cover the initial operating expenses necessary to initiate the process.
- Refund Policy: Since the initial payment covers operating expenses already committed, this service is not eligible for refunds.
Face-to-Face and Other Services:
- Payment in installments: For these services, a two-part payment scheme is established: 50% to initiate the process and the remaining 50% must be paid before the delivery of the results, the user's attendance at the migration offices, or the delivery of the final documents of the process.
- Flexibility: This payment structure seeks to offer greater flexibility and facilitate access to our services, while ensuring that we can cover the costs associated with each stage of the process.
Commitment to Transparency: We are committed to maintaining clear and transparent communication regarding the costs and payment terms of our services. We understand the importance of financial clarity and are here to answer any questions you may have about our payment policies.
For more information or if you have specific questions about our payment policies, please do not hesitate to contact us directly.
Availability Guarantee: At MIGRALAW, we are committed to ensuring the availability of our services, always within the framework of our terms and conditions. We understand the importance of offering accessible and reliable solutions for your immigration needs, and we work diligently to keep our services operational and available to our clients.
Refund Policy: Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent, allowing customers to request refunds under certain conditions, as detailed in our return and refund policy. However, it is important to note that services offered under the "Virtual Service" modality are not eligible for refunds, since the initial payment covers immediate operating expenses necessary to provide the service.
Exceptions and Considerations:
- For services other than "Virtual Service", our refund policy offers flexibility and is applied according to the specific conditions of each service, always seeking the satisfaction and well-being of our clients.
- We invite you to review our full returns and refunds policy for more details on how and when you can request a refund.
Customer Commitment: MIGRALAW is dedicated to providing exceptional service and maintaining a relationship of trust and transparency with our clients. If you have any questions about the availability of our services or our refund policy, please do not hesitate to contact us for more information.
BILLING
Advance Fees: At MIGRALAW, we require payment in advance of our services to ensure coverage of the operating expenses necessary to initiate and maintain the process of your case. This approach allows us to dedicate adequate resources from the beginning of our service relationship, ensuring efficiency and quality in the management of your case.
Invoicing: Upon payment, MIGRALAW will provide you with all necessary billing information, along with detailed payment instructions. We are committed to maintaining clarity and accuracy in our billing. However, if any errors are detected, we reserve the right to make corrections to ensure the accuracy of the financial information.
SPECIFIC PAYMENT POLICIES
At MIGRALAW, we understand the importance of offering a clear and manageable payment structure for our clients. Therefore, we have established a specific payment policy that divides the total cost of the service in two equal parts:
- Initial Payment: To start any process with us, we require an initial payment corresponding to 50% of the total cost of the service. This initial payment allows us to cover the operating expenses necessary to start working on your case effectively.
- Final Payment: The remaining 50% of the cost of the service will be charged prior to the completion of the process. This payment ensures the continuation and successful conclusion of the contracted services, allowing us to complete all the necessary steps and deliver the final results.
