 Once we have received the letters of acceptance, explained our services and after the feasibility analysis of your process, we will provide you with a quotation.

  1. Receipt of Letters and Submission of Quotation:
    • This step remains unchanged. The feasibility analysis is performed and a quotation is submitted to the customer accordingly.
  2. Authorization of Quotation and 100% Payment:
    • This item also remains unchanged. Full payment for the service is required after authorization of the quotation.
  3. Collection of Documents via E-mail:
    • Correction: Instead of collecting documentation physically, MIGRALAW will request that all necessary documents be sent digitally to legal@migralaw.org. This facilitates the collection of documents needed for the process in a more efficient and secure manner.
  4. Sending Forms via Digital or Messaging:
    • Correction: Once MIGRALAW receives the documents, it will send the relevant forms to the client digitally by
      e-mail. In case physical forms are needed, they will be sent by courier service.
  5. Exclusively Digital Communication Channel:
    • Correction: Communication between MIGRALAW and the client will only take place via email or
      WhatsApp. This ensures effective and direct communication, in accordance with the nature of the virtual service.

MIGRALAW's "Virtual Service" is designed to take advantage of digital technologies, allowing an efficient and secure management of the documents required for legal procedures. Most of the documents required by our clients and for the authorities will be handled in digital format, optimizing processing times and facilitating access to information.

Exceptions for Original Documents:

  • Specific Cases: We understand that in exceptional situations, some procedures may require the presentation of original documents. MIGRALAW will coordinate with the client to identify these cases and determine the best way to handle and process these documents in a secure and efficient manner.

  • Support and Advice: We will provide detailed advice on how clients can digitize and send their documents securely, ensuring that the integrity and confidentiality of the information is maintained.

Procedure for Handling Original Documents:

  • Document Collection: In circumstances where original documents are required, MIGRALAW will arrange a secure courier service for the collection of these documents, communicating specific details and timing in advance to our clients.

  • Secure Return: After the original documents are used for the necessary paperwork, we will arrange for their return to the customer through a courier service, within approximately 10 working days, ensuring a secure and reliable delivery.

  • Express Courier Costs: In the event that a customer requests an urgent return of original documents, outside of the standard established timeframe, the additional costs generated by this express service will be the responsibility of the customer. MIGRALAW undertakes to clearly communicate these additional costs before proceeding with the express courier service.

COMMITMENT NOT TO DEFAME

The Client undertakes to refrain from making any kind of public statement, on social networks or any other media, that may be considered defamatory, discrediting or damaging to the moral and professional reputation of MIGRALAW. This obligation includes avoiding the dissemination of defamatory comments, misleading statements or unfounded accusations. Any dissatisfaction or concern is expected to be communicated directly to MIGRALAW through official communication channels.

Consequences of Defamation and Breach of Confidentiality: In the event of breach of the non-defamation undertaking or breach of the confidentiality obligation, MIGRALAW reserves the right to take legal action to safeguard your reputation and rights. In addition, any immigration proceedings or return process may be suspended until a satisfactory agreement is reached. It will be necessary to sign a letter of undertaking not to defame and confidentiality, both before and after the return process. The return process will only continue once this letter has been signed, studied and received.

FORCE MAJEURE

MIGRALAW shall not be liable for failure or delay of its obligations under these terms and conditions in case of force majeure events, such as natural disasters, strikes or significant political changes.

Client Acknowledgement: By engaging the services of MIGRALAW, the client acknowledges and accepts these limitations, understanding that the advice and management provided by MIGRALAW is done with the objective of maximizing the chances of success, but without being able to assure a particular outcome.

Client's Responsibility:

The success of the procedures also depends on the client's cooperation, including the timely provision of complete and accurate information, as well as the delivery of all required documents in the requested forms and deadlines. The client agrees to fulfill these responsibilities to facilitate the process.

Modifications and Regulatory Changes:

MIGRALAW keeps abreast of updates and changes in immigration laws and regulations. However, the client understands that the legal environment is dynamic and that regulatory changes may affect the strategy and outcome of the proceedings initiated. MIGRALAW will not be responsible for the effects of such regulatory changes on ongoing procedures.

Comprehensive Agreement:

This disclaimer is an integral part of the Terms and Conditions of use of MIGRALAW's services and should be read and understood in conjunction with all other provisions set forth in the agreement between MIGRALAW and the customer.

MODIFICATION OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

MIGRALAW reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. The modifications will come into force immediately after their publication on the website or their communication to the customer.

JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Mexican States. Any legal dispute relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mexico.
